Speaker Biography:
Sharon is the Deputy Regional Director: Leadership Development for Gippsland Region, with the responsibility for informing Gippsland’s Building Leadership Capacity strategy which includes developing the professional learning program for both current and future leaders.
In 2005, Sharon took part in an international study tour to look at the use of ICT as a learning tool.
Presentation Description:
A leadership perspective on knowledge sharing and networking
During this session we will explore the possibilities networks provide for professional interaction and the types of networks which can be developed, including virtual networks. We will also share our views of high quality leadership practice.
