Simone is an Intel® Master Trainer and has completed the Microsoft Peer Coaching National Trainer training for South East Asia. Simone is currently responsible for ICT Curriculum at Lynbrook Primary School.

ICT Peer Coaching and Facilitating Pedagogical Change in a School Cluster
Lynbrook Primary School is currently piloting an ICT Teacher Peer Coaching Program based on the Microsoft Peer Coaching model. This presentation will describe the journey involved in improving ICT integration in the curriculum and teacher skills through the Lynbrook ICT Peer Coaching Program.

 

It will describe the positives, pitfalls and future directions as documented on our ICT Peer Coaching website. The pilot program will become a permanent feature of the Lynbrook Primary School teaching and learning environment from 2007 and will be expanded to include weekly 'timetabled' coaching time for a number of staff members.
